Our firm

Studio Tullio & Partners is a law firm with an international outlook, and offices in Modena, Milan, Treviso, New York and Buenos Aires. The firm was founded by Antonio Tullio, professor of Private Law at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia (Italy).

The law firm offers both judicial and transactional legal assistance and counselling services in the main areas of international, EU and Italian law, by combining the values of legal tradition with the dynamism of today’s market needs, and assisting its customers in different continents.

Our goal is to combine quality of service and structure typical of the largest international law firms, with the desire to remain completely independent and flexible, in order to best meet the requirements of the client. For this reason, we have opted for a global network of qualified lawyers and partners abroad in keeping with the quality standards and principles of the practice in Italy.

Studio Tullio & Partners participates in a number of other international organizations, with presence in their respective governing bodies, through its founder Prof. Att. Antonio Tullio, also delegate to the United Nations (UN) as a member of the United Nation Commission on International Trade Law (Uncitral).
