Graduated summa cum laude in Law at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, in 1990. Admitted to practice before the Court of Cassation since 1993.

Professor of Private Law of the Faculty of Law at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, where he holds tenure in Private Law I, Private Law II, Land Law.

Professor of Private Law Professional Specialist Program at the University of Law of Modena e Reggio Emilia, and professor of Civil Law for police officers at the Military Academy of Modena.
